1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dope Wars. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Dope Wars is a strategy simulation game where players engage in virtual trading activities across fictional cities. The game includes:

Single-player gameplay with simulated market dynamics
Global leaderboards and competitive features
Optional in-app purchases for premium content
Cloud save functionality for registered users

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You may play the game without creating an account. However, certain features (cloud saves, leaderboards) require account registration. You can create an account using:

Anonymous device-based authentication
Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In (where available)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.3 Username Policy

Usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that violate this policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantages
Manipulate game systems or leaderboards through fraudulent means
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Virtual Items

The Service offers optional in-app purchases for virtual items, including but not limited to:

Ad-free experience
Premium themes and avatars
Virtual currency (premium credits)

6.2 Payment

All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

6.3 No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds except as required by law or the policies of the applicable app store. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices for in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software) are owned by Dope Wars and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

8. Leaderboards and Competitive Play

The Service includes competitive features such as global leaderboards. By participating, you agree that:

Your username and scores may be displayed publicly
We may verify scores and remove entries that appear fraudulent
Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment purposes only
We reserve the right to reset or modify leaderboards at any time

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
The results of using the Service will meet your expectations

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOPE WARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Service interruption or computer damage
Cost of substitute services
Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dope Wars and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your license to use the Service immediately ends
You must cease all use of the Service
We may delete your account and associated data
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive

You may also delete your account at any time through the app's Settings menu.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dope Wars operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dope Wars regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
